Ordering and Returns
To order ebooks online and access the content immediately, please refer to the eBook FAQs.
To order printed books online, follow these simple steps:
Add books to your shopping cart by clicking on the ADD TO CART button.
Continue shopping and adding titles to your cart for as long as you like. We will keep track of your selections, and you will be able to change quantities or delete titles at any time.
When you're ready to check out, select "Check Out" from the shopping cart contents screen, or click on the "Cart" link on the top menu.
PLEASE NOTE: If this is your first time ordering on our current bookstore site, you must register first. Click “Sign In” at the top of the screen and select “Registration.” Enter your email and choose a password. Click “Sign Up” to complete
This site requires your browser to have cookies enabled in order to add items to your cart. The only information we place in the cookie is your login ID (without your password). Your personal information is NEVER stored within these cookies.
Shipping Rates (US only)
Media Mail: $6.00 for the first book, $1.00 for each additional
USPS Priority Mail: $10.00 for the first book, $2.00 for each additional
UPS Ground: $15.00 for the first book, $2.00 for each additional
Sales Tax will be added to all orders shipping to New York State.
Expedited orders must be placed before 12:00 pm (Eastern Time) with Customer Service: 703-661-1594.
Processing Time
SteinerBook estimates shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of in-stock items. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Our Virginia warehouse processes and ships orders Monday through Friday only. Our warehouse is closed on certain holidays and during annual inventory.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your ebook purchase, we will refund it if you contact us within 5 days of purchase. For ebook returns, contact us here.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your printed book purchase we will exchange it or refund your purchase price. To return items from your SteinerBooks order, please call 703-661-1594 to arrange the return. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Returns apply only to items purchased directly from SteinerBooks. It does not apply to books bought at another bookseller, online retailer, or retail store. For those, please go directly to the vendor you purchased from. Shipping costs are refunded only in the case of our error in shipping, or if the item received is in damaged or defective condition.
