I purchased an ebook. Where do I find it?
You should have received an email after your purchase with a link to your book. You can also click the 'person icon' in the corner of this website to log in to your account and access your books from there.
All ebooks are fulfilled using the Bookshelf app. If you prefer not to download the app, you can use Bookshelf online at bookshelf.vitalsource.com.
Can I read my ebook on any device?
Yes, your ebook Bookshelf is accessible on any device, and syncs across your devices.
How do I create a Bookshelf account?
Creating a Bookshelf account is free. If you want to create your account using email, please go to https://login.vitalsource.com/ and choose the "Create a VitalSource Account" option at the top. You can also choose to create your account using Google or Apple sign-in.
You cannot create an email-based account on the mobile app. You will need to visit the website above to create an account using your email.
Can I read my ebook on a different e-reader?
No. The VitalSource Bookshelf app is the leading ebook reader. We have chosen to partner with VitalSource in order to supply our readers with a smooth, accessible e-reading experience.
How can I tell what format I am purchasing?
Each book's product page indicates all formats in which the book is available a few lines below the book title and next to the book image. When there are multiple formats available, you can choose the format by clicking your preferred format's button.

Customer Service
When will I receive my order?
SteinerBook estimates shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of in-stock items. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Our Virginia warehouse processes and ships orders Monday through Friday only. Our warehouse is closed on certain holidays and during annual inventory.
If you are signed in, you can check your orders by clicking on the "person" icon in the website header.
What is the return policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your printed book purchase we will exchange it or refund your purchase price. To return items from your SteinerBooks order, please email customer service or call 703-661-1594 to arrange the return. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Returns apply only to items purchased directly from SteinerBooks. It does not apply to books bought at another bookseller, online retailer, or retail store. For those, please go directly to the vendor you purchased from. Shipping costs are refunded only in the case of our error in shipping, or if the item received is in damaged or defective condition.

Do you ship outside the United States?
