Refund policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your printed book purchase we will exchange it or refund your purchase price. To return items from your SteinerBooks order, please email customer service or call 703-661-1594 to arrange the return. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Returns apply only to items purchased directly from SteinerBooks. It does not apply to books bought at another bookseller, online retailer, or retail store. For those, please go directly to the vendor you purchased from. Shipping costs are refunded only in the case of our error in shipping, or if the item received is in damaged or defective condition.
